NRFSI is a systemically important non-deposit taking non-banking financing company (NBFC-ND-SI)\/Middle layer engaged in business of Vehicle Financing. The company obtained Certification of Registration from Reserve Bank of India (RBI) on July 23, 2014 and commenced the business of financing from September 17, 2014.NRFSI is also registered with Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India (IRDAI) to act as a Corporate Agent (Composite) to provide insurance intermediary services.<\/p>\n
