                 <p>\n                                  In case the customer does not receive a\n                                  response from the Grievance Redressal Officer\n                                  or the Nodal Officer within one month from the\n                                  date of making a representation to the\n                                  Company, or if the customer is not satisfied\n                                  with the response received, a complaint may be\n                                  made in accordance with the \u2018The Reserve Bank\n                                  \u2013 Integrated Ombudsman Scheme, 2021\u2019\n                                  (\u201cOmbudsman Scheme\u201d) to the Ombudsman in whose\n                                  jurisdiction the office of the Company\n                                  complained against, is located.
